Belvo reports all detected errors with the Brasil Open Finance Data Aggregation widget and API via their service desk, the Open Finance Brasil Servicedesk.
For the OFDA Servicedesk to review and solve an error they require specific evidence. If you discover an error while attempting to use the widget, create a consent, or create a link, we will ask for this evidence to ensure the issue is solved as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
Below you can find the required evidence for each type of issue.
OFDA Authentication Flow
For all widget related issues we will require the following information:

Access Token _ Access token used when opening the widget for this end user
Device model _ iPhone 7, Samsung Galaxy J5, Motorola Moto G, Redmi 21121119SC, etc.
Operating system + version _ Android 12, iOS 16.6, Windows 11, etc.

Does the user have the bank app installed? Yes / No
User's full name

Belvo External Id _ External id sent to Belvo during link creating (If applicable)
⚠️ Issues related to the widget and redirection are generally related to the specific device, model and operating system.
For this reason, this information is essential to being able to identify and therefore solve the issue as quickly as possible!
Issue with Widget Redirection
1. End User Details
Access Token _ Access token used when opening the widget for this end user
Device model _ iPhone 7, Samsung Galaxy J5, Motorola Moto G, Redmi 21121119SC, etc.
Operating system + version _ Android 12, iOS 16.6, Windows 11, etc.
Browser used _ Chrome 124.0.6367.60, Safari 5.1.7
Does the user have the bank app installed? Yes / No
User's full name
Approximate date and time of attempt
Belvo External Id _ External id sent to Belvo during link creating (If applicable)
2. Screenshot or video of behavior
Video of bank app during failed redirection to Belvo widget
3. Evidence user has full access to the account
*For business institutions, we need to validate if the Natural Person who requested the Consent has full access to the Legal Person account that they are trying to connect.
Screenshot of transactions _ Screenshot showing the end-user can view missing data
OR
Bank statement _ Statement showing the end user has access to this data
⚠️ Confirming the end user has access to the data is important because generally Business accounts have a hierarchical permission tree, where some users can login and access some information but do not have permission to share Consent on behalf of the account.
If the end user does not have access via the bank application they will not have access via OFDA.
