Belvo reports all detected errors with the Brasil Open Finance Data Aggregation Data issues via their service desk, the Open Finance Brasil Servicedesk.
For the OFDA Servicedesk to review and solve an error they require specific evidence. If you discover an error in the data integrity, incorrect data or incomplete/missing information we will ask for this evidence to ensure the issue is solved as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
Below you can find the required evidence:
PDF Statement - Showing the missing transactions or the correct value.
- The OFDA service desk first asks us to share the PDF statement showing the right value or the missing information of the report. Highlight which specific transactions or information is incorrect/missing.
- Is important to share with us the link_id and the account_id/transaction_id/owner_id/etc with the missing/incorrect information.
- If there is missing information, share the value date, amount, and as specific possible details about the information.
Can I send an OFX file instead of a PDF statement?
For the OFDA Servicedesk, the OFX files are considered legacy evidence. The OFDA Servicedesk doesn't accept it as valid evidence.
Sharing with us the files can help us in the debugging and analysis process, but we need to send the PDF statement.
The fastest way to raise a ticket for incorrect or incomplete OFDA data is using our Form to report missing/incorrect data.
